Comprehensive Reporting - In most instances, the “burden of proof’’ of full disclosure
falls squarely on the shoulders of the entity considered best
–capitalized and able to deal with a problem situation. In such
instances, complex reporting issues arise for which the client’s staff is
held accountable beyond their normal capabilities, and third‐party
experts are required to ensure that the client has exercised all
necessary efforts to preclude them being judged as ‘biased’ or
insufficient in their efforts to reach the best decision, and one which
is in the best interest of the client’s shareholders and will hold‐up
to regulatory scrutiny. The Consultants at BMG and those of its
Client Service Team are well‐versed in the nature and extent of the
required reporting to entities outside the client’s sphere of
influence, and can ensure that the client has implemented a careful
reporting plan which includes full documentation of all activities
involving the project.
